1) We Work on Monthly Basics.
2) We work 2 hours flexible slot every day Monday to Friday any time zone like …IST,EST,CST,PST.
3) We will provide weekends also any deadline project or any Emergency Purpose.
4) We do not work on Behalf of you , we support you to solve your technical problem and guide you to the right direction.
5) Please Try to understand that your project is completely new to us and it may take a couple of minutes to understand your project and help you solve the problem. Once we understand your ,the following issues Will be resolved more quickly.
6) Please Don't Expect Us to do your 2 hours of 5 minutes . We're not doing it , and no one can do it.
7) Job support charges are not Refundable,so plaese pay only if you are 100% sure that you need job support and are not able to do your project on your own.
8) Plaese do not play the trick after 1 or 2 classes and ask us to refund the money when we have guided you to the right direction. We have Saved Hunfred of Developers job and are Supporting many others for last several years. Few of our Customers are with us for last 11+ years.
9) The Support/Traning fee is not refundable. if the trainer will stop support in between contract,you can get unused hours with another trainer.
